How to Manifest with Micro Changes

As I continue to practice dopamine fasting, I have been stepping more and more into alignment with the world that I want to live in.

I’m not changing anything big or crazy, its rather just micro adjustments and decisions that are dissolving a habitual pattern and redirecting energy & attention into a new structure. This is ultimately the part of manifestation that The Secret leaves out.

They focus on the “what you think about you become,” element. However, I’ve found they ignore the necessary micro-actions and shifts that bring you into the frequency & field of what you're aiming to manifest exists in.

Dopamine Fasting is a way to make small quantum adjustments to align action, thought, attention, and emotion in a single direction. When you have these 4 forces working in tandem, you have the philosopher’s stone of creation at your fingertips.

Its become clear to me how much we become self hypnotized and choose to numb ourselves through pacification rather than awaken the machine of our body to serve a higher aim.

Identity Architecture & Reality Surfing
 

In one of my favorite books, The Chronicles of Amber, the royal family lives in Amber at the center of the multiverse. Every world is a derivative of Amber. Once they come of age, they walk The Labryinth and gain the ability to shift worlds at will when they leave Amber aka Reality Shifting or Shamanic Voyaging.

When they begin to leave Amber, they follow the one road out and begin to make micro-adjustments to reality. The textures of the rocks, the pressure of the atmosphere, altar the temperature by a degree or two, etc. Until they make so many changes that they are in a totally different world. From there, they do whatever they want good or bad and even run into lesser doppelgängers of themselves.

To alter our behavior, to create change in our world, we must take the same approach. Little by little by little, until we have become something entirely different from when we started and are able to anchor into the intention we set out with in the beginning. This is the world of quantum manifestation, the world of creation.

Descarte got it wrong. He famously said, “I think therefore I am.”

The magician and shaman know the true power of identification.

I am, therefore I become.

Find the reality and experiences you want to create and have in your life, and move towards that timeline with subtle intentional changes until you are that.

To put a zen spin on it.

Kenshin wrote the following Death Poem.

“Do not concern yourself with Heaven and Hell, Straight ahead is the pale morning moon. Set your mind there without a cloud in sight”

Focus on the present, with clarity and intention as every moment is the new dawn of a new world.
