Most business problems are actually pretty simple to solve when you look at them objectively.
If you have thought to yourself, “We are different.”
Yes, you are different.
What you do is different.
How you do it is different.
But your business problems, especially around sales & marketing…
Are really not that different.
If you need more sales, you need more leads.
If you need more leads, you need more visibility.
If you need more visibility, you need to build relevancy.
If you’re working too much, you need to restructure your business model.
If you’re not closing, you need more intimacy earlier in the sales process, and a roadmap that nurtures them.
Success in online business is about knowing which lever to pull at which time and having the systems in place to support the flow as needed.
The Business
In February, I was introduced to a founder running a personal brand-based coaching platform. The business had done anywhere from $20k–$40k/month in 2024, had a strong methodology, and was gaining momentum but started tapering off by the end of the year.
This business was built around a primary personal brand, and had several certified mentors on his platform that hosted his curriculum for clients while his organization did all the marketing and supported the other mentors via software & checkouts.
What wasn’t working:
Over-reliance on 1:1 clients
No lead flow outside of social media
Burning out from too much time in the business
Lack of clarity around messaging and client avatar
Feast-and-famine revenue cycles
Did not have a productized version of the methodology, was purely mentorship based
Despite all this, the methodology was excellent, and the founder had one of the most powerful testimonial lists I’d ever seen.
The Audit
In the first week of working together, I did a deep dive into the back end of the business. What I found was exactly what I expected
No central hub for tracking leads, sales, or revenue
Tech systems didn’t speak to each other (appointments, checkouts, content delivery were all fragmented)
Manual tasks everywhere
Ad spend being used inefficiently with no clear campaign strategy
No ideal client profile — they were selling to whoever showed up
No real funnel — just content and a hope people would book
Low-priced mentorship offers (cheaper than therapy)
The company was paying for all the coaches’ software and processing fees, but only earning 10–15% in return
No evergreen revenue stream
High turnover, timezone friction, and resistance to new systems
This was a business run on charisma and content.
For me, this is the definition of a business I can help through implementing simple frameworks and systems.
The Shift
Here’s what we focused on in order:
1. Created a Scalable Group Offer
Instructed the Founder to design a container where their core transformation could be delivered in a group, not just 1:1.
This is something all online business owners should examine. How can they turn their service or process, into a scalable product. When I say product, I don’t mean cheap & standardized, I mean scalable with 90% the same 10% customized to the client.
If you cant do this, you don’t have a product.
2. Adjusted Pricing to Match Value
They were charging less than most standard coaching programs or therapy sessions for work that replaced therapy in many cases. We brought the price point in line with industry standards and match the value of the transformation.
3. Built a Top-of-Funnel Engine
Using existing materials, we fed key ideas into AI to generate 20–30 second video ad scripts. The founder recorded them, and we launched a series of test campaigns.

These ads led to a lead magnet → a nurture sequence → and then into a low-ticket workshop.
4. Evergreen Entry Offer
We sold 30 seats to this low-ticket workshop passively, generating $1,107 in revenue passively from the automated email welcome sequence.

More importantly, creating a frictionless path from “stranger” to “customer.”
This created immediate momentum and showed what was possible with a clean funnel.
5. AI Tools for Relevancy
Using my licensed AI tools, we built:
A clear ideal client avatar
A relevancy summary to guide future content
Messaging for the new offer
Stacked AI memory to match the founder’s voice and language
A restructured welcome sequence for better conversion
Once this was live, we relaunched the top-of-funnel campaign and saw a dramatic drop in cost-per-lead — with higher-quality leads entering the funnel.

The Bottom Campaign was pre AI Relevancy Engine.
The top campaign was after using AI to write the script based on the outputs from my tools.
These are all US based Leads.

6. Live Launch of a Group Program
With the new clarity and momentum, we brought back a short-form group program that the founder had run previously.
15 people enrolled
→ $7359 in gross launch revenue
→ Promoted only through email and social media
7. Ascension to High-Ticket Coaching
Overall from April to early July, once the lead magnets, email sequence, and application/clarity calls were implemented.
- 14 high ticket coaching deals enrolled
- $49,829 high ticket coaching revenue booked
From the above group of 14, we saw that only 4 had taken both the workshop + the intensive program for $18,500 in booked revenue
The Results (March–July)
Here’s the final breakdown of results over 4 months:
4,895 new leads added from top of funnel.
$2,513.43 in ad spend
$63,997 in New Revenue (Qualification is that these clients went through the new funnel and were not apart of recurring revenue)
14 high-ticket coaching packages sold
Ranging from $1,500 to $9,000 each
This does not include the previous subscription or installment payments the client had.
Simple systems, implemented in the right places, with nurturing through the process via DMs & intentional messaging.

Understand the Client Journey
Before selling anything, understand the mental and emotional shift your audience needs to make through the buying process to become your client.

The Final Word
If you are great at what you do, becoming the version of yourself as you evolve your world around you, and a desire to scale…
You don’t need to launch new offers or burn yourself out trying to hustle leads.
You need to build an ecosystem that amplifies your message, that leads people through the stages of trusting and becoming educated with what you do.
What I did with this client was simply the foundation.
Building on this is where it counts.
Your brand is the magnetic leverage for this.
Your content is the wavelength & frequency.
How easy you make it for them to enter your world… that’s the finesse and demonstrating how well you actually know them by making it feel easy & effortless.
When you do this correctly, it is what catalyzes them to ask to work with you…
