Book Giveaway From My Mentor

There is difference between a teacher and a mentor….

A teacher will teach techniques, skills, or strategies in a chosen profession..

A mentor will provide access to a wavelength of awareness, a specific level of consciousness that is outside of the norm you are used to.

In essence, this is what real spiritual teachers do, they transmit states of awareness and consciousness that begin to shift & transform you on a spirit level and radiate outward into your mind, emotions, and personality.

My business mentor is Scott Oldford. I first came across him in 2018 when he was in a very different state of consciousness.

Pure willpower and intellectual.

His strategies worked. But I honestly didnt resonate with him then.

Then in 2020 I attended some of his online workshops, mainly because they were priced affordably for me at the time.

Then I attended some of his intensives in 2024, and hired him 1:1 which price wise the largest amount I’ve ever invested in anything as it was a 5 figure investment.

I talked to him nearly every day, collected feedback, asked for what I was missing etc.

My entire life was turned upside down literally within a month and a half of hiring him which left me pretty lost.

We got on a phone call and he said “ok, looks like your really ready now. Your entire life is about to change.”

Which it did.

We began sorting through the mess of my life & business, trying to decipher what was real, true, authentic, and what actually I was ment to do..

He really didn’t care what I could sell to make money as he knew that was a fools game.

And its not like we have long therapy sessions going back and forth for hours.

In reality, it was just several direct to the point questions with follow ups questions on the results I received.

The most powerful lesson I learned from that, was honestly similar to my spiritual path…

Being true to yourself is what opens doors, following your heart is the path, and the best teachers actually say very little and transmit more than they speak.

He has evolved his brand and ways of working quite a lot in just this year alone as he is stepping into that next stage of growth.

I mean the dude has written like 5 books in the past 6 months. He’s clearly onto something.

Regardless of what stage of your business you are at, there is something he holds that will be very valuable to you.

To make it easy, I’ve got 2 options for you.

A good mentor doesn’t just teach you what to do, they challenge the way you think….

The way you see the world…

And when they see an opening for improvement, the point the way for what has worked for them so that you can grow from the inside out.

See you soon,

-Taylor
